I need to ask just one question before you go looking for technical support. Did you check the Help file? You can access context sensitive help by pressing [F1] at almost anytime. Also try the "What's This?" help. Click on the question mark in the upper right corner of most windows, and then click on an item whose function is uncertain. You should get a brief description of what it does.
